Chalhoub Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant for The Deal Outlet Village in Dubai as part of its Emiratisation initiative. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a prestigious luxury retail environment, helping to deliver a world-class guest experience while achieving sales and customer engagement goals.

As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving customer loyalty, and contributing to the success of the store through a strong understanding of product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experience while achieving personal and team sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through an omni-channel approach.

• Collect and analyze customer behavior data including top-selling and slow-moving products to support business reviews.

• Promote and educate customers about Chalhoub’s loyalty program (MUSE) and keep up-to-date with app offerings and features.

• Support the implementation of CRM and customer experience (CX) initiatives.

• Ensure visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate “click and collect” processes within service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Maintain accurate and complete customer data in accordance with marketing requirements.

• Support in-store marketing events, activations, and social media campaigns.

• Contribute to store performance insights by providing feedback on customer trends and store operations.

• Participate in internal engagement programs to enhance employee experience and eNPS.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Strong communication skills in English.

• A passion for fashion, luxury retail, and customer service.

• Ability to work as part of a high-performing team.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to continuously learn and grow.

• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
