Key Responsibilities

✅ Achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
✅ Build and maintain client relationships using an omni-channel approach.
✅ Provide feedback on customer behavior, top sellers, and product trends.
✅ Ensure adherence to visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and store SOPs.
✅ Promote the MUSE loyalty program and ensure customer data is accurately captured.
✅ Support in-store marketing activations, events, and social media initiatives.
✅ Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media activities.
✅ Contribute to CX (Customer Experience) initiatives and share insights on store operations.
