Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury retailer in the Middle East, is seeking a Fashion Consultant for Max Mara in Dubai. This role is part of the Emiratisation initiative and focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The consultant will drive client relationships, support in-store marketing initiatives, and contribute to customer and people experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

• Collect and analyze data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers for business reviews.

• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.

• Provide feedback on products to inform pre-buying decisions.

• Support people experience initiatives and culture to drive eNPS.

• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Conduct “Click & Collect” services within SLA timelines.

• Capture and maintain accurate customer data in line with marketing requirements.

• Promote loyalty programs (e.g., MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings.

• Support in-store marketing events, activations, and CX initiatives.

• Monitor and provide insights on brand social media activities and campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills.

• UAE Nationals (Emiratisation) are preferred.

• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering excellent customer experiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

• Knowledge of CRM, CX, and in-store marketing practices is a plus.
