🛍 Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver exceptional service and exceed sales targets

• Engage in personalized clientelling and loyalty program (MUSE) promotion

• Capture and manage customer data in alignment with CRM best practices

• Support click-and-collect and omnichannel retail experiences

📊 Store Performance & Visual Merchandising

• Analyze data on top sellers and slow movers

• Provide feedback on pre-buying trends and customer preferences

• Ensure store VM compliance and SOP adherence

🎉 Brand Representation & Events

• Actively support in-store events, activations, and marketing campaigns

• Stay updated on brand’s social media activities and online campaigns

• Be an ambassador of the Jil Sander image and Chalhoub values

👥 Team Collaboration & Feedback

• Contribute to team culture and employee engagement (eNPS)

• Participate in CX improvement initiatives

• Provide ongoing feedback on store operations and client needs

✅ Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Russian (mandatory)

• Proven experience in fashion retail or luxury sales

• Strong understanding of customer service, CRM, and KPIs

• Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and styling
