Job Description:

Join Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury retail partner in the Middle East, as a Fashion Consultant for Jacquemus at Dubai Mall. In this role, you will provide an exceptional guest experience, drive sales, and build long-term client relationships while promoting luxury fashion and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Gather and analyze customer behavior data to identify top-selling and slow-moving products.

• Develop strong client relationships through an omni-channel approach.

• Provide pre-buying feedback on products to influence collections and inventory.

• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and store SOPs.

• Promote the MUSE loyalty program, ensuring customers stay engaged with app features.

• Support in-store marketing events, activations, and CX (customer experience) initiatives.

• Keep updated with brand social media campaigns and trends.

• Drive sell-throughs and actively contribute to a positive store environment.

• Capture customer data accurately to align with marketing team requirements.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken).

• Energetic, confident, and passionate about luxury fashion and customer engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
