As a Fashion Consultant, you will be the brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and supporting CRM, loyalty programs, and in-store activations. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales Excellence

• Deliver best-in-class service to every customer, ensuring a personalized luxury experience.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and support omnichannel experiences such as click & collect.

Clienteling & CRM

• Build strong client relationships through an omnichannel approach.

• Collect and input customer data in line with marketing and CRM requirements.

• Provide insights on customer behavior and product performance.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising as per brand guidelines.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Team Collaboration & Brand Engagement

• Support internal initiatives to improve employee engagement (eNPS).

• Assist in organizing in-store marketing activations and events.

• Stay updated on brand campaigns, new collections, and social media trends.

Qualifications:

• UAE National (Emiratisation role)

• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Passion for luxury fashion, customer service, and client interaction

• Willingness to work in a dynamic retail environment

• Prior experience in fashion retail is a plus, but not required
