Job Description:
As a Fashion Consultant at Chalhoub Group, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience while achieving individual and team sales targets. Your responsibilities include building strong client relationships, staying updated with fashion trends, and supporting customer engagement initiatives such as CRM and loyalty programs. You will also contribute to store performance by providing insights on customer preferences, assisting in visual merchandising, and participating in in-store marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve personal and team sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide feedback on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Ensure the store follows VM guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Promote and enroll customers in the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events, activations, and customer experience initiatives.
• Ensure timely execution of Click & Collect services.
• Stay informed about brand campaigns and social media activities.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Passion for fashion and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of luxury retail trends and clienteling strategies.
• UAE nationals (Emiratisation initiative preferred).
