Mercor is seeking a Farsi Language Specialist for a short-term, fully remote contract. The role involves assessing and enhancing Farsi language content for cultural and linguistic accuracy, collaborating with teams, and providing guidance on written and spoken Farsi. This position is remote, flexible, and ideal for native Farsi speakers with strong cultural knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess conversational and written Farsi for cultural appropriateness and fluency.

• Provide feedback and guidance on written and spoken Farsi content.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure culturally relevant language assessments.

• Stay updated on modern Farsi language trends and cultural nuances.

• Evaluate virtual platforms for Farsi language content delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must-Have: Native-level fluency in Farsi and deep understanding of Persian cultural norms.

• Up-to-date knowledge of modern Farsi trends.

• Preferred: High proficiency in English, tech-savviness with virtual platforms, teaching or tutoring experience, and familiarity with language assessment methodologies.

• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, linguistic analysis, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity.
