Job Title: Farm Helper – Agriculture (Sharjah, UAE)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Farm Helper to join our agricultural team in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves supporting various farm operations, including crop cultivation, livestock care, and general farm maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops under farm management supervision.
• Perform farm maintenance tasks, including fence repairs, tool upkeep, and equipment cleaning.
• Help care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health.
• Operate farm machinery and vehicles, such as tractors, safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, ensuring safety and hygiene compliance.
• Support irrigation and pest control activities as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team and follow farm supervisors’ instructions.

Requirements:

• Previous farming or agricultural experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of farming practices and animal husbandry is advantageous.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 1,800 – 1,900 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
• Additional Benefits: Accommodation & Transport provided
