Job Title: Family Medicine Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

✅ Patient Care & Relationship Building: Develop strong personal relationships with patients to ensure quality healthcare.
✅ Individualized Health Programs: Create and adapt patient-specific health programs using historical data.
✅ Health Monitoring & Analysis: Utilize patient health data for medical assessments and continuous improvement of treatment plans.
✅ Preventive Care & Wellness: Conduct comprehensive wellness exams and educate patients on health management and disease prevention.
✅ Medical Procedures & Treatment: Administer vaccinations, perform medical operations, and provide necessary medical interventions.
✅ Emergency & On-Call Duties: Participate in the on-call roster to provide timely medical support.
✅ Training & Supervision: Guide and support junior medical staff in their professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Educational Requirements: MBBS, MBChB, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
✅ Certification: Completion of a specialty qualification recognized by Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD), or Ministry of Health UAE.
✅ Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin (required).
✅ Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience as a specialist post-higher qualification.
✅ Clinical Competency: Strong expertise in all aspects of Family Medicine.
✅ Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and medical staff.
✅ Life Support Training: Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support.
