Job Title: Faculty 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Faculty Member in Aviation Engineering to contribute to the advancement of our curriculum, align teaching with industry needs, and uphold high international standards. This role combines teaching, research, curriculum development, and active participation in academic and community life.

As part of the Faculty of Engineering – Aviation Engineering, you will:

• Deliver engaging, industry-relevant lectures within a student-focused, applied learning environment

• Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and evaluation to ensure alignment with accreditation and international standards

• Conduct research that supports the division’s goals and integrates findings into teaching

• Foster students’ analytical and problem-solving abilities through hands-on, real-world applications

• Promote respect for students’ cultural backgrounds and traditions

• Actively support the creation and implementation of system-wide and directorate-specific policies

• Participate in academic and extracurricular activities that enrich both the College and the surrounding community

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or Master’s Degree in Aviation Engineering or a related field, along with relevant professional certification

• Minimum 5 years of teaching and industry experience (industry experience preferred)

• Strong academic and professional qualifications as per accreditation requirements

• Proven experience in developing and delivering curriculum to international and accreditation standards
