The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of UAE-based experience in the carpentry or woodworking industry, specifically in fit-out or interior construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations, ensuring timely and high-quality production.

• Lead and manage a team of carpenters and joinery professionals to meet project deadlines.

• Interpret and execute technical drawings and project specifications with precision.

• Oversee custom fabrication and finishing processes to ensure quality craftsmanship.

• Maintain safety and productivity standards across all production phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE in fit-out, joinery, or interior design companies.

• Strong technical knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a team-focused mindset.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

• Immediate availability to start is required.
