Job Title: Factory Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are hiring a Factory Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our wood décor production facility in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of customized decor elements for premium events. The ideal candidate is experienced in manufacturing leadership within the event or custom furniture industry, with a strong grasp of process optimization, production control, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end factory operations, including strategic planning, production workflows, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination.

• Manage production schedules and deliverables to meet tight event deadlines and unique client requirements.

• Monitor and control budgets, production costs, and resource utilization; provide financial and operational reports to leadership.

• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and minimize material waste.

• Hire, train, and manage factory staff; foster a positive and productive work culture focused on quality and innovation.

• Ensure all equipment and woodworking machinery are used safely and maintained according to preventive schedules.

• Manage inventory of raw materials and maintain strong supplier relationships to guarantee consistent quality and availability.

• Enforce strict adherence to occupational health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, Manufacturing, Carpentry, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the event or custom production industry

• Proficient in operating woodworking machinery and applying quality control standards

• Strong background in production planning and process optimization

• Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license
