Job Description

We are seeking a Facility Operations Supervisor to oversee maintenance, safety, inventory, and staff performance at our Dubai-based business incubator. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, administrative expertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Facility Maintenance & Compliance

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance in line with UAE health & safety standards.

• Oversee facility repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination.

🔹 Inventory & Resource Management

• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal availability.

• Implement efficient resource allocation and cost-saving strategies.

🔹 Staff Supervision & Team Coordination

• Organize daily work schedules, monitor staff performance, and resolve operational issues.

• Foster a positive team environment, ensuring high morale and productivity.

🔹 Administrative Support

• Assist the Business Incubator Manager with record management, report preparation, and day-to-day operations.

💰 Salary: Up to 7,000 AED (all-inclusive, based on experience & qualifications)

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
✅ Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written).
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and property management software.
