Job Title: Facility Administration Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office & Facility Administration Manager to oversee daily office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient office functioning, compliance with UAE regulations, and smooth administrative processes, including procurement, employee support, and office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Office & Facility Management

Oversee daily office operations, security, and maintenance.

Ensure efficient procurement and management of office supplies.

Maintain inventory records of administrative assets.

Ensure compliance with UAE laws and health & safety regulations.
✅ Vendor & Service Coordination

Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors (IT, housekeeping, catering, etc.).

Negotiate contracts and service agreements for cost-effective solutions.

Supervise employee transport, accommodation, and facility needs.
✅ Employee & Administrative Support

Assist HR in employee travel, relocation, and accommodation management.

Organize company events, conferences, and meetings.

Coordinate IT requirements for employees and ensure smooth tech operations.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
✔ 3-5 years of experience in administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of government regulations, procurement, and facility management.
✔ Experience in vendor negotiations, compliance handling, and employee logistics.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and strong problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
