Ejadah is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management for a prominent shopping mall in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a professional with strong knowledge of building systems and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and service contractors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of mall infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and elevators/escalators

• Supervise and coordinate third-party service providers (housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control) to ensure SLA compliance

• Implement preventative and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure system reliability

• Monitor utility usage and drive energy-saving initiatives

• Serve as the point of contact for tenant-related maintenance concerns

• Enforce health and safety protocols per UAE regulations

• Develop and manage budgets for facilities, maintenance, and CAPEX projects

• Respond promptly to emergencies such as outages or alarms

• Conduct regular inspections and audits for operational and safety standards

• Provide detailed reporting on facility performance, vendor management, and incidents

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related field

• Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience managing shopping mall facilities

• Proficient in energy management, budgeting, KPI setting, and using CAFM systems

• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, fire safety, BMS, etc.

• Familiarity with UAE compliance and local safety regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software
