Al Rostamani Trading Company is seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of its head office, showrooms, and service centers. The role involves facility upkeep, compliance with safety standards, vendor coordination, and cost-effective maintenance solutions to ensure an optimal customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all ARTC facilities.

• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs and upgrades.

• Ensure facilities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and HSSE policies.

• Oversee facility refurbishments, space optimization, and layout enhancements.

• Manage contracts with cleaning, security, and maintenance vendors.

• Monitor budgets for facility maintenance and negotiate service agreements.

• Maintain records of facility maintenance, safety inspections, and compliance reports.

• Provide recommendations for long-term facility improvements and cost savings.

Job Requirements:

📌 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

📌 Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.

📌 Knowledge & Skills:

• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budgeting.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle facility-related emergencies efficiently.
