Al Khoory Group is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to assist the Maintenance Engineer in managing and coordinating building maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will handle tenant communications, maintenance complaints, record-keeping, and coordination with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist Maintenance Engineer with day-to-day operations.
✅ Handle incoming calls related to maintenance issues.
✅ Prepare official communications for tenants, contractors, and suppliers.
✅ Maintain records & files for the Maintenance Department.
✅ Manage maintenance complaints systematically, including warranty-related concerns.
✅ Monitor complaint status by coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and maintenance staff.
✅ Update tenants on maintenance progress and ensure quality service.
✅ Track daily work schedules of foremen and report to the Maintenance Engineer.
✅ Prepare reports on maintenance work and complaints.
✅ Liaise with storekeepers, security personnel, and other staff for maintenance needs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 5+ years in building maintenance coordination or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication & customer service skills.
