FITT Meals, a leading provider of nutritious meal plans and food delivery services in Dubai, is hiring a Facilities Lead to oversee and manage its state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft. production facility in Al Quoz. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for experienced professionals with deep knowledge of facilities and maintenance operations, especially in food manufacturing or commercial kitchen environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FITT Meals’ internal Facilities team, managing performance, scheduling, budgeting, and leave planning

• Oversee the maintenance and operational efficiency of kitchen machinery, MEP systems, and equipment

• Make strategic asset management decisions (repair vs. replacement, lifecycle planning)

• Coordinate in-house renovations, installations, and maintenance with minimal disruption to production

• Manage repair budgets, control costs, and liaise with AMC vendors and suppliers

• Design SOPs, implement preventive maintenance checks, and grow the Facilities department’s capabilities

• Lead transport scheduling for staff transportation services

• Define performance metrics and build dashboards for real-time reporting

• Introduce or reconfigure software solutions to optimize facility operations

Minimum Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in facilities or maintenance roles, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial position

• UAE manual driving license

• Experience in the UAE dealing with Dubai Municipality, Food Watch, DCD, and relevant permit and licensing procedures

• Background in food manufacturing facilities or commercial kitchen environments is preferred

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills

• Familiarity with maintenance software, SOP creation, and performance reporting tools
