MNA Properties is looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join their growing team in Dubai, specifically within their Leasing, Secondary, and Off-plan teams. This role involves business generation, managing property listings, and conducting market appraisals while maintaining strong relationships with clients, owners, and landlords.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate business through outbound calls

Conduct market appraisals for new property listings

Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
-
Manage property listings through the company’s CRM

Qualify leads, arrange viewings, and negotiate between parties

Maintain accurate records of clients, owners, and landlords
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and transparency
-
Represent the company effectively in all dealings with clients and parties
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai

Knowledge of property market trends and local regulations
-
Strong business generation and negotiation skills
-
Ability to manage multiple listings and clients effectively
-
A valid UAE driving license
-
Real Estate License required
