Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent with proven expertise in Dubai’s secondary market. This commission-only role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a competitive, high-potential environment and are committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the sale, purchase, and leasing of secondary market properties across Dubai.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.

• Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities.

• Negotiate and close transactions while ensuring compliance with RERA and Dubai real estate regulations.

• Provide tailored property consultations and maintain post-sale client engagement.

• Keep accurate transaction records and regularly update CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven real estate experience in the Dubai secondary property market.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, RERA compliance, and market dynamics.

• Skilled negotiator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and performance-oriented.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or another language is a plus.

• Must hold a valid real estate license and be currently based in the UAE.
