Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments using psychometric tools, interviews, and direct behavioral observation

• Develop and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling strategies

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, client-centered care

• Monitor treatment efficacy and adapt therapeutic approaches as needed

• Provide consultation and psychological insights to other professionals within the clinic

• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to junior psychologists

• Deliver training and contribute to internal professional development programs

• Participate in applied research initiatives and contribute to service innovation

• Support families and caregivers through guidance and psychoeducation

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in one or more of the following: Parenting support, Eating disorders, Psycho-educational assessments

• Clinical supervision experience is an asset

• Culturally aware and skilled at working with linguistically diverse populations

• Arabic language proficiency is a plus (not mandatory)

Education & Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology

• Western-trained (North America, Western Europe, Australia) or qualified from Moscow/St. Petersburg

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-doctorate or 5 years post-master’s, including at least 1 year with eating disorder clients

• Eligible for Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Community Development Authority (CDA) licensure
