Rothana, established in 2013, is a trusted distributor of medical, cosmetic, and nutritional products across the EMEA region. The company is seeking an Executive Secretary to support the CEO with daily administrative, coordination, and organizational tasks. This role is remote (based in Dubai) with weekly in-person meetings, providing flexibility while ensuring seamless support to executive operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO on a daily basis.

Coordinate distribution and supply chain activities as needed.

Prepare, review, and organize key documents including contracts, agreements, and reports.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans.

Record and distribute meeting notes while ensuring follow-up actions are completed.

Communicate professionally with partners, distributors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or administrative support role.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to daily operational needs.
