Q Partners is hiring an Executive Search Recruiter – Principal Consultant to lead technology recruitment for hedge funds across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. This role is ideal for a high-performing recruiter with a proven track record in hedge fund or financial technology recruitment. The position offers full ownership, strategic input, and a lucrative, uncapped compensation structure in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology hiring for hedge funds across global markets, with full desk ownership.

• Use existing hedge fund relationships to build immediate traction in the market.

• Operate autonomously with strategic guidance; no micro-management.

• Influence the direction and growth of the hedge fund search business.

• Option to build and manage a team if desired.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–7 years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably into hedge funds or financial services.

• Proven billing record of £400k+ annually.

• Principal Consultant mentality – focused on performance, not people management.

• Established relationships within the hedge fund or fintech sectors.

• Strong business development acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Based in Dubai or open to relocating.
