This is a commission-based role ideal for professionals with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and the ability to close positions across diverse industries. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates while maintaining strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates using company databases, job boards, social media, and other platforms.

• Evaluate applications, conduct screening calls/emails, and coordinate pre-interview assessments.

• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with industry trends and advancements.

• Understand client requirements and assist with job description preparation.

• Advise clients on hiring strategies and provide best-fit recruitment recommendations.

• Maintain up-to-date candidate records and ensure clear communication between clients and candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within agencies, consultancies, or executive search firms.

• Proven track record of closing roles across industries such as manufacturing, trading, logistics, engineering, IT, and construction.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and people management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.

• Passionate, dedicated, and able to work effectively in a challenging, target-driven environment.
