Jumeirah Saadiyat Island Resort, a flagship eco-conscious property under the world-renowned Jumeirah Group, is seeking an Executive – Food and Beverage Management (UAE National) to support the F&B department’s operations. This role combines administrative efficiency with guest service excellence, ensuring smooth departmental functioning while enhancing the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the Food & Beverage Management team.

• Maintain and update departmental databases, ensuring accurate and timely information sharing.

• Act as a guest liaison during peak hours to deliver personalized service.

• Track purchase requisitions, monitor store inventory, and ensure sufficient supplies.

• Arrange logistics for business travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing materials.

• Manage and update departmental digital platforms and pages.

• Establish and maintain organized filing systems for contracts and important documents.

• Coordinate contract management processes and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management.

• Familiarity with Forbes and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards.

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
