A Tier 1 real estate development company in Dubai is hiring a highly experienced Executive Director – Projects to lead large-scale entertainment and leisure developments. This senior leadership role oversees the full project lifecycle, including themed attractions, rides, infrastructure, AV/lighting, and refurbishment works.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design, planning, and execution of multiple entertainment and leisure projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with consultants, contractors, ride manufacturers, and IP partners.
• Lead the development of themed attractions, rides, show sets, and infrastructure, ensuring quality, safety, and guest experience.
• Develop procurement strategies, technical reviews, and capital expenditure planning.
• Drive timelines, budget controls, and resource planning for smooth execution.
• Provide hands-on leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 15–20 years of project leadership experience, specializing in theme parks, entertainment venues, or complex mixed-use leisure assets.
• Strong technical understanding of ride systems, MEP coordination, theming, and construction methods.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders across design, operations, and development.
• Track record in delivering immersive, commercially successful destinations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 80,000/month
