EthosEnergy is seeking an Executive Director – Joint Venture to lead a strategic partnership in the Middle East. The role involves P&L responsibility, operational leadership, financial management, and customer relations, ensuring the success of a gas turbine component repair workshop. The Executive Director will report to the Management Committee and be responsible for growth, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management & Leadership: Oversee daily operations in alignment with the JV business plan.
• Strategic Development: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for revenue growth.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, reporting, and financial performance.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Operational Excellence: Implement processes, lean production practices, and continuous improvements.
• Technical Leadership: Guide engineering and technical teams to achieve high performance.
• Compliance & Ethics: Ensure full regulatory and legal compliance with Iraq and Middle East regulations.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
• Experience:
  • Extensive experience in gas turbine repair and component servicing.
  • Direct expertise in gas turbine technology and parts.
  • Strong background in P&L management, financial controls, and business operations.
  • Experience in implementing lean production and Six Sigma practices.
  • Track record of leading and inspiring technical teams for innovation and efficiency.
