Job Summary

As an Executive Associate, you’ll be the glue between leadership vision and execution. You’ll drive business case reporting, ensure action tracking, create stunning decks, and keep everything organized, prioritized, and moving.

Responsibilities

• Create business presentations and decks that dazzle and inform

• Join and document leadership meetings, ensuring key takeaways are implemented

• Follow up with site teams, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met

• Prepare and manage business case reports and leadership trackers

• Operate fluently across PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and other business tools

• Anticipate leadership needs, prepare solutions in advance, and ensure executive time is optimized

Requirements

• 3–6 years’ experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with an eye for detail

• Experience in corporate coordination, reporting, and multitasking in fast-paced environments

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• A calm, confident demeanor under pressure

• A flair for professionalism with a creative edge — think polished and pragmatic
