Stryker, a global leader in medical technology, is looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President & GM of EEMEA. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and communications across a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential administrative support to the EEMEA Vice President

• Manage the VP’s diary, travel arrangements, emails, and flag urgent communications

• Coordinate internal communication campaigns using Marketo and other tools

• Organize and support town halls, both virtual and in-person

• Draft and distribute newsletters and internal updates in collaboration with stakeholders

• Prepare meeting minutes, strategic presentations (PowerPoint), and communication briefs

• Monitor budgets, handle compliance documentation, and maintain accurate filing systems

• Submit and track monthly expense reports, ensuring all financial protocols are followed

What You Need to Succeed:

• Educational qualification in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint

• Fast and accurate typing: 80+ WPM, including audio typing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and discreetly in a remote setting

• Experience in cross-cultural, multinational business environments is a plus
