Executive Assistant to CEO & Office Administrator



Howden Private Wealth, a leading independent insurance broker with over 40 years of industry experience, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO & Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations while also managing office administration duties for the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups on action items.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Office Administration:
- Oversee office organization, inventory management, and office expenses.
- Manage reception duties and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate facilities management and office-related activities.

Human Resources Support:
- Serve as the point of contact for HR matters, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing employee welfare activities and internal company events.

Business Coordination:
- Act as the liaison for business administration tasks, coordinating company events across EMEA offices.
- Support the onboarding administration of new partners and manage existing partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
