Job Title: Executive Assistant – Chalhoub Group

Job Description:
Chalhoub Group is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. You will act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders while ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and respond to emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical analyses.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Maintain and organize digital records and documentation.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools.
