TAQA Distribution is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and executive support to Chief Officers. This role involves managing schedules, communications, reports, and confidential information while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Chief Officer’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, managing calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Draft, edit, and review official communications on behalf of executives.

  • Maintain confidential records and organize files.

  • Support the planning of departmental events and engagements.

  • Monitor deadlines, track action items, and assist with special projects.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental communications and collaboration.

  • Ensure timely and compliant preparation of management and progress reports.

  • Follow organizational HSE, security, and risk protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Professional certification in Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience.

  • Fluent in Arabic with strong English proficiency.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification in Business Administration or related fields.

  • 9 years of relevant work experience.
