Royal Class is hiring a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the GCC market and possess excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements

Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO, clients, and stakeholders

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents while maintaining confidentiality

Coordinate and organize corporate meetings, conferences, and events
-
Handle emails, calls, and communications on behalf of the CEO
-
Conduct research and gather data to support business decisions
-
Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items
-
Liaise with internal departments for smooth business operations
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
✔ Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage
✔ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the GCC region
✔ Strong corporate and business etiquette knowledge
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✔ High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity
✔ Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
✔ Experience supporting C-level executives is a plus
