Hyatt Regency Dubai is seeking an Events Sales Manager (Groups) for the European market to ensure the efficient operation of the department while aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. This role will be responsible for maximizing revenue from group events, ensuring that agreed targets are met profitably, and maintaining strong relationships with employees, guests, and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

💼 Sales Specialist Role – Act as the key sales contact for group events, ensuring the maximization of related revenue.
📊 Target Achievement – Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics for group bookings.
📅 Department Efficiency – Assist in the smooth running of the department in line with brand standards.
🤝 Stakeholder Management – Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, guests, and owners to meet expectations.

Skills & Experience Required:

🎓 Educational Background – Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
💼 Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience as an Events Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
🔧 Skills – Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
