Emirates Bio Farm, the UAE’s largest private organic farm dedicated to sustainable agriculture and agri-tourism, is hiring an Events Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse on-site events. The role includes managing school field trips, corporate retreats, private gatherings, wellness workshops, and more. This position requires strong sales skills, client management, and hands-on coordination, all while aligning with the farm’s mission of sustainability and organic living.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and expand event opportunities across schools, corporates, government bodies, and private clients.

Conduct market research and create tailored event packages promoting sustainability and experiential learning.

Build long-term client relationships, manage proposals, contracts, and ensure repeat business.

Lead the entire event lifecycle from inquiry to execution.

Coordinate closely with operations, catering, and logistics teams for successful event delivery.

Be present during events to oversee logistics, guest satisfaction, and smooth flow.

Manage administrative tasks including budgets, invoices, client records, and performance reporting.

Collect post-event feedback and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in event sales, hospitality, or eco-tourism preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Ability to manage outdoor events and work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays.

Valid driver’s license required.

Experience in sustainable or outdoor event management is a plus.
