The role focuses on managing and executing diverse wellbeing events ranging from small workshops to large-scale corporate gatherings. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end event planning, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with the company’s objectives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the end-to-end delivery of wellbeing events, from small workshops to large-scale corporate gatherings.
✅ Handle logistics, administration, budgeting, and scheduling throughout the event lifecycle.
✅ Research and book venues, suppliers, and vendors to ensure successful events.
✅ Develop event timelines, task lists, and tracking mechanisms for smooth execution.
✅ Partner with internal stakeholders to align events with company objectives.
✅ Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to enhance event impact.
✅ Oversee all event operations, including scheduling, catering, and coordination.
✅ Anticipate and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
✅ Prepare post-event reports with feedback and improvement recommendations.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✔️ Minimum 5 years of experience in event coordination.
✔️ Proven portfolio of successfully managed events.
✔️ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to manage budgets and financial planning for events.
✔️ Proficiency in handling administrative duties and event logistics.
✔️ BA in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
