Role Summary:

Join The Rufescent, the Middle East’s first and largest “Members Only Club Hotel,” as an Events Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering over 200 elite events annually. This role demands creativity, precision, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-profile hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute 200+ curated events per year.

• Manage venue layouts, schedules, and backstage logistics.

• Handle event-day operations and live troubleshooting with professionalism and attention to detail.

• Liaise with F&B teams, speakers, entertainers, sponsors, and third-party vendors.

• Maintain detailed archives including photo documentation, event reports, and performance data.

• Ensure seamless guest list management and VIP coordination.

• Use event tech platforms (Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.) for planning, promotion, and registration.

• Support post-event analysis and reporting for performance evaluation and future planning.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or similar.

• 2–4 years of experience in live event coordination or hospitality-focused event execution.

• Experience handling 200+ event calendars annually is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in event software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform under pressure.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.

• Energetic, proactive, and solutions-driven with exceptional customer service skills.
