Job Title: Event Solutions Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Solutions Executive to lead client engagement and drive sales for our premium event products, including custom trophies, invitation cards, giveaways, and corporate gifts. This role is ideal for a creative, client-focused professional with a passion for delivering tailored solutions that enhance brand identity and event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client event objectives and recommend customized product solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, PR, and event management teams across public and private sectors

• Develop creative proposals and provide samples aligned with each client’s branding and event theme

• Manage the client journey from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring outstanding service

• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and generate new business leads

• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximize client value

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within luxury corporate gifts, branding services, or custom product manufacturing

• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and develop long-term business partnerships

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and presentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client meetings, showroom visits, and negotiations

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries, timelines, and coordination with internal teams

• Knowledge of branding principles and how to align products with a client’s brand identity

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM tools
