The German Emirates Club is seeking a German-speaking Event & Social Media Manager to join its team in Dubai. The role involves event planning, social media management, partner coordination, and community engagement within the German-speaking business and social network in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop event concepts and maintain an annual event calendar.
✅ Initiate discussions with potential event partners, present the company, and negotiate contracts.
✅ Ensure successful execution of events and maintain communication with club members and partners.
✅ Promote engagement, trust, and collaboration between club members and sponsors.
✅ Identify and manage media channels, create content, and execute social media postings.
✅ Monitor social media performance, analyze engagement, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
✔ Fluency in German (spoken & written) – mandatory!
✔ Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
✔ Strong negotiation skills, especially with senior executives.
✔ Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the UAE market.
✔ Ability to create and manage digital content (graphics, photos, videos).
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills.
✔ Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
