Job Title: Event Production & Design Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Production & Design Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in event planning and setup, particularly in the UAE, and possess strong technical skills in design tools such as AutoCAD and 3Ds Max. This role requires both on-site and back-end coordination to ensure seamless event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare venue layouts and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD

• Create engaging presentations and mood boards to communicate design ideas

• Conduct site visits for measurements and assessments

• Coordinate venue requirements, documentation, and timely submissions

• Oversee event material research, purchasing, and production coordination

• Finalize job orders, loading logistics, and post-event pull-out

• Select appropriate materials for decor and event element fabrication

• Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers

• Document event setup through timelapse footage or visual records

• Supervise on-site event setups, including labor, décor, and troubleshooting

Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of event management experience in the UAE

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3Ds Max is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with Arab wedding trends and destination weddings in the GCC

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time challenges on event days
