Divine Management, a luxury powerhouse and business consultancy with operations across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar, is seeking an Event Manager & Sponsorship Specialist to join its growing team. This hybrid role combines luxury event management with sponsorship acquisition, ideal for candidates who are both creative and commercially driven. The position offers the opportunity to work with premium brands and prestigious events while enjoying a commission-based structure with unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute luxury and corporate events from concept to delivery.

• Develop sponsorship proposals and pitch decks for potential partners.

• Identify, approach, and secure sponsorship opportunities with luxury and corporate brands.

• Negotiate sponsorship deals ensuring maximum value for all stakeholders.

• Manage vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.

• Oversee on-site event operations to guarantee high client satisfaction.

• Report on sponsorship revenue, event KPIs, and overall outcomes.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Minimum 3+ years’ proven experience in event management (luxury/corporate sector preferred).

• Strong background in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.

• Well-connected within luxury, lifestyle, and corporate sectors.

• Ability to work independently and close high-value deals.
