Chameleon Interactive is hiring an Event Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of in-person and virtual events showcasing their digital-twin and immersive technologies. This role includes managing trade shows, webinars, client activations, and VIP demos while collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver impactful experiences for real-estate professionals globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an annual event roadmap aligning with go-to-market objectives.

• Lead end-to-end event management, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, budgeting, timeline management, and on-site logistics.

• Design immersive showcases such as AR/VR stations, digital-twin demos, and 3D projections.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for consistent messaging and training.

• Manage event budgets, negotiate cost savings, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future events.

• Build industry partnerships to secure speaking slots and co-marketing opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of event management experience in PropTech, real estate, SaaS, or immersive-tech environments.

• Proven success planning multi-city trade shows, executive dinners, and hybrid/virtual events.

• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders under tight deadlines.

• Creative eye for experiential design and storytelling through physical and digital mediums.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.

• Willingness to travel globally up to 30%.
