Evolutions is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Executive to join the Marketing Department. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events while managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute corporate and marketing events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Handle event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV setup, and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain event timelines and budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Oversee event marketing and communications to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Ensure smooth on-site event management, handling setup, execution, and post-event activities.
• Optimize event operations and processes for better efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct site visits, rehearsals, and pre-event meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and operations management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
