Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Engagement: Identify and collaborate with suppliers to support the event’s innovation initiatives.

• Strategic Alignment: Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and R&D to establish clear innovation priorities.

• Idea Management: Capture, evaluate, and organize high-impact ideas that contribute to innovation and cost optimization.

• Project Management: Plan and execute event logistics, tracking progress across all milestones.

• Impact Reporting: Deliver a comprehensive post-event summary with recommendations and actionable next steps.

Requirements:

• Recent graduates with a passion for project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with agile methodologies or design sprints is an advantage.
