Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Event Account Manager / Sales / Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role involves identifying market opportunities, developing client proposals, and managing high-profile events, including corporate conferences, exhibitions, incentives, weddings, and VIP experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless event execution while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
✅ Identify local and international leads and convert them into long-term clients.
✅ Create compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
✅ Manage end-to-end event execution, from initial inquiry to final billing.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
✅ Negotiate deals to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
✅ Stay updated with market trends to enhance the company’s offerings.

Requirements:

✔ 3-8 years of experience in event sales, media sales, or direct sales (Events & Exhibitions industry is a must).
✔ Proven expertise in managing corporate events, exhibitions, and high-end activations.
✔ Strong understanding of UAE’s event market, venues, and key industry players.
✔ Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & PowerPoint for client presentations.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
