We are seeking a European Customer Relationship Executive based in Dubai to engage with incoming leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the property search process. This role involves building trust, maintaining communication, and delivering a high-quality, professional experience that converts inquiries into buyers.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate promptly with incoming leads and guide them through their off-plan property search.

• Understand customer requirements and match them to suitable projects.

• Build trust by answering questions, sharing insights, and offering honest advice.

• Follow up consistently with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Provide a high-touch, professional experience that drives sales conversions.

• Collaborate with content, marketing, and tech teams to enhance the customer journey.

• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve platform features.

Skills & Qualifications:

• European candidate residing in Dubai or with deep familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market.

• Energetic, positive, and confident with excellent communication skills.

• Strong follow-up skills across phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with diverse buyers.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Experience in customer service, real estate, inside sales, or hospitality is advantageous.

• Bonus: Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking; prior real estate portal or off-plan sales experience.
