L’Artigiano Italian Concept, a premier interior design and fit-out company, is looking for a skilled Estimator to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time role requires an experienced professional with a keen eye for cost estimation, capable of analyzing technical documents, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring precise and competitive project pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates.

• Source and negotiate supplier pricing, keeping cost-effectiveness and quality in mind.

• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for project bids and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation software.

• Monitor project expenditures and address budget discrepancies as they arise.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure cost efficiency.

• Support financial planning and reporting by providing timely and reliable estimates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in cost estimation, preferably within the interior design, fit-out, or construction sectors.

• Proficiency in estimation software and cost management tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both onsite and remote environments.
