Job Title:  Estimator –Mechanical

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Estimator –Mechanical with expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and LPG systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, performing cost estimations, sourcing suppliers, and preparing technical documentation for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Project Analysis & Cost Estimation

• Review project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Conduct detailed rate analysis and cost breakdowns for various project components.

🔹 Supplier & Subcontractor Management

• Source, evaluate, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

🔹 Bid Preparation & Documentation

• Develop comprehensive cost proposals and technical bid documents.
• Prepare technical documentation, construction methodologies, and project schedules.
• Maintain organized records of all tendering documents.

🔹 Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with Design & Project teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
• Stay updated on UAE construction regulations, industry pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with local and international construction standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical diploma.
📅 Experience: Minimum 8 years in Mechanical Estimation (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, LPG Systems).
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Candy Software, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and MS Office.
🔍 Attention to Detail: Strong ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
🤝 Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
