Job Title: Estimator – Mechanical

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator with expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and LPG systems within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate cost estimations, analyzing project specifications, and preparing technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

📑 Project Analysis & Cost Estimation

• Review project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for compliance.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimations.
• Conduct detailed rate analyses and cost breakdowns for project components.

🔍 Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination

• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes for cost comparison.
• Prepare comprehensive cost proposals and technical bid documents.

🤝 Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with Design & Project teams to ensure estimation accuracy.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, project methodologies, and construction schedules.
• Organize and manage tendering records.

📊 Market & Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on UAE construction regulations, industry pricing, and market trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical diploma.

📅 Experience:

• Minimum 8 years in Mechanical Estimation (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, LPG Systems).

💻 Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Candy Software, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
